Who we are

Cadrana Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17007517. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC186668.

You can contact us about this notice, or about your personal data, at hello@cadrana.co.uk.

What personal data we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect:

  • Your name, organisation, role and email address
  • The content of your message
  • Whether you have asked to book a demo

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence. Our website hosting provider may also process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Our hosting provider's visitor analytics also collects website usage information when you visit: the pages you view, how long you stay, the website you came from, your device type, browser and approximate location (country). It uses a cookie called session-id, which lasts 30 minutes, and a small entry in your browser's local storage called analytics_events.

How and why we use your personal data

  • To respond to your enquiry. We use your contact details and message to reply, arrange a demo and discuss a possible pilot. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it. We use the visitor analytics described above to produce aggregate statistics. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website.
  • To meet our legal obligations. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.

We will only send you updates about Cadrana if you ask for them or where the law allows, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share your personal data with

We do not sell your personal data. Our hosting provider, Lovable, provides the visitor analytics on our behalf and receives the usage information described above. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and this website, such as our website hosting and form-handling providers and our email provider. They process your data on our instructions. We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep your personal data

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer or pilot partner, we keep your details for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require. After that, we delete or anonymise them. We keep website analytics information for as long as our hosting provider retains it for producing usage statistics.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as cookies set by our hosting provider for security and to deliver the site reliably. It also uses two technologies for statistics, provided by our hosting provider's visitor analytics: a cookie called session-id, which lasts 30 minutes, and an entry in your browser's local storage called analytics_events. They are used only to count visits and understand which pages are viewed, so that we can improve the website. They are not used for advertising. You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Keeping your data secure

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, and we limit access to the people who need it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of your personal data
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • Object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests
  • Ask for your data in a portable format, where this applies

To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
